Houston

Running back Cedric Houston has left the Jets for what has been described as personal reasons.  In two years with New York, he rushed for 676 yards and seven scores.  He also caught 15 passes for 109 yards.  The Jets selected Houston in the sixth round of the 2005 NFL Draft with the 182nd overall pick.  The team also announced Thursday the signing of free agent wide out Chris Davis.
