Chad Pennington returned from a one-week absence and threw for two touchdowns and ran for another as the Jets beat the Miami Dolphins, 31-28 at the Meadowlands.  Pennington was 15-of-22 for 124 yards in leading New York to its first win of the season.  Thomas Jones had 110 yards on 25 carries, and Leon Washington returned a kick 98 yards for a score in the win.  Ronnie Brown rushed for 112 yards, had 99 yards receiving and all three touchdowns for the Dolphins, who remain winless this season.
