Jets Wrap Up Tough Season with OT Win Over Chiefs

Mike Nugent knocked home a 43-yard field goal in overtime to give the Jets a 13-10 win over the Chiefs at the Meadowlands.  Kellen Clemens completed 13-of-25 passes for 115 yards as New York finished the season 4-and-12.  Thomas Jones had 98 yards on the ground, and his one reception was a 15-yard touchdown.  Brodie Croyle threw for 195 yards and a touchdown for Kansas City.  He connected seven times with Tony Gonzalez for 64 yards, and four times with Jeff Webb for 49 yards and a touchdown.  It was Herm Edwards’ first game against the team he used to coach.  Kansas City ended 2007 with a 4-and-12 mark.
