Samuel to Wear Green Next Season in NY?

It looks as if Pats corner Asante Samuel will be playing his final game Sunday in Super Bowl 42.  The big quesion after that is where he heads after that as he hits the free agent market March 1st.  Today’s New York Daily News is reporting that Samuel may end up getting a lot of green and then wearing green next season as a member of the NY Jets.  The paper reports that the Jets will be making a “serious run” at Samuel to join their squad next season.  The corner has 16 picks over the past two seasons, and may be looking at Nate Clements type money.  Don’t forget that the Jets made a play for Samuel last offseason while he was wearing the franchise tag.
