Posted in The most active team in the free agent is at it again, as the New York Daily News is reporting that the Jets have inquired about free agent OL Shane Olivea. The former 7th round draft pick of the Chargers would likely be thrown at right tackle, as the team will have Alan Faneca then play left guard. Olivea is an NY native, which may give him more incentive to play with his hometown team. The Jets could use an upgrade at right tackle.
