Jets and OG Faneca Officially Seal the Deal
The Jets officially signed Pro Bowl guard Alan Faneca on Monday. Terms of the deal were not made public, but “Newsday” said Sunday that the two sides agreed to a five-year, $40-million deal. Faneca earned seven Pro Bowl selections during his 10 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He hasn’t missed a start since 2001.
