Newsday is reporting that the Jets have signed center Kyle DeVan, who is a center from Oregon State. He is 6-foot-2, 306 pounds, and was originally inked by the Redskins as an undrafted free agent back on May 1st. He is a Pac-10 honorable mention back in 2005 and 2007, and started 38 straight games for Oregon State, appearing in 50 overall.
