Favre Okay; QB Says His Arm is Fine

Despite not having a good game at all vs the Raiders last week, QB Brett Favre says that he does not have an arm injury, which has been a rumor over the past few days. “I don’t think it’s a big deal,” Favre said. “I’ve taken 1,000 shots over my career. I’m a little sore today. It’s been two days and a long flight. I could play today. I could.” Favre has thrown for 1321 yards this season with 13 TD’s and 8 picks. Last week vs the Raiders, he was 21-for-38 for 197 yards with two picks and no TD’s. Coach Eric Mangini said Favre is “perfectly healthy.”
