Leading Tackler Harris Out After Surgery on Groin
Posted by Matt Loede on November 6th, 2008 in Injury Report, News
The Jets have lost their leading tackler, linebacker David Harris, for two to three weeks after he had surgery on his injured groin. He has 52 tackles on the season, best on the team. Harris didn’t make the trip to Buffalo last week when the Jets traveled to take on the Bills. Vet David Bowens will likely start in Harris’ place. He had five tackles and a sack vs the Bills in the win last Sunday.
