Mangini Doesn’t Have Jets Trust?

From: Newsday

If Jets players were allowed to speak freely in Eric Mangini’s paranoid world, they would tell you the coach hasn’t completely earned their trust, either. Again, if you’re a Jets fan, you know he hasn’t earned yours. Wait until Favre leaves the Jets, perhaps after this season, and you’ll find out how he really feels about the coach. Betcha it won’t be flattering, especially if the Jets don’t win out in the last two weeks and don’t clinch the division title. Prediction: They won’t.

How can I really take your comments seriously when you have a broken down kiker as your title page image…cant trust kickers..or you. You want Herm back? 2/3 winning seasons, maybe an AFC title this year. Your ignorant.

    K Dog,

It is true. Mangini is a power trip and keeps his players at bay because of his own job security. After watching NFL replay on Tues night, and seeing teh game twice it is clear the defense is unsure on there assignments. It was also mentioned that they had heated discussions the night before in the hotel room about responsibilities. You can not be questioning yourself and or coaches the night before a game and or week 15. Farve will come out down the road and tell you he couldnt do another year with playing for guys that are younger and less seasoned as he is/was. Tannebaum did a good job with bringing in the peices but Mangini and Sutton gotta go. Billick or Cowler here we come.
