I think this headline was rather obvious with the selection of Mark Sanchez and the future of the Jets riding on his arm. My thoughts might differ from others though when I say, on talent alone why couldn’t Vick be picked up and start somewhere.

It sure would be enticing to have Mike Vick in a wildcat, he is faster than many running backs out there and we all know just how elusive he can be. I am by no means backing him as a candidate for the NYJ but I do think he will find work somewhere.

They have already made bids for him and would welcome him with open arms in other football leagues with no repercussions as I think we all expect from Roger Goodell.

The man did his time unlike most famous athletes/actors/actresses that face serious time. (See Donte Stallworth, that one still baffles me; 28 days for drunk driving and killing someone) I for one think it would bring real excitement to the league to have him reinstated.
