Jets Interest in WR Brandon Marshall Appears to be Fading

The Daily News says that it looks as if the interest for Brandon Marshall by the Jets is starting to fade:

It was all quiet on the Brandon Marshall front Monday – and it apparently will stay that way. Even though they’re continuing to explore the wide-receiver market, the Jets have shifted their attention away from the Broncos’ Pro Bowl wideout, according to league sources. The Jets have been interested in Marshall for several weeks, and the trade speculation was rampant Sunday when they acquired former Patriots QB Kevin O’Connell from the Lions. The Broncos are coached by Josh McDaniels, formerly the Patriots’ offensive coordinator. There was some thought around the league that the Jets would use O’Connell as a bargaining chip for Marshall.
