The NY Daily News reports that the team needs to start getting Leon Washington more involved in the offense:
After he had just eight touches in the Jets loss to the Saints last weekend, head coach Rex Ryan wants to get Leon Washington more involved on offense, according to the New York Daily News. The Jets have to remember who they are. Actually, Ryan provided a reminder in Monday’s team meeting, where he reviewed the weekly “blueprint” for victory – specific goals in categories such as rushing attempts, completions, turnover margin, quarterback disruptions, et al, those are blue-collar categories, the winning formula in the World According to Rex.
