Free safety Kerry Rhodes has won his starting job back in the base defense, according to the New York Post. Rhodes actually started in Week 14 at Tampa Bay, but split the free safety duties with Eric Smith, who is returning to more of a special teams role this week. Look for Rhodes to be busy guarding tight end Tony Gonzalez, which could give him plenty of tackle opportunities.
