Long-snapper Tanner Purdum has been signed by the New York Jets. After James Dearth had a few bad snaps last season, look for Purdum to be starting in New York in 2010. He was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as a street free agent in 2009, he was used as a offseason and/or practice squad member only.
