Is Revis Really Willing to Sit Out the Whole Year?

RealGM has the latest about Darrelle Revis, and if he really is ready to sit out 2010:

The Jets haven’t made any progress in contract talks with disgruntled cornerback Darelle Revis. ESPN Insider Adam Schefter writes that Revis is getting advice from his uncle, Sean Gilbert, which may be bad news for New York after Gilbert sat out the entire 1997 season before being traded from the Washington Redskins to the Carolina Panthers, where he landed the seven-year, $46.5 million deal he wanted. Revis is reportedly prepared to do what his uncle once did. The Jets will continue to try to get him back in camp, but there have been no signs of a breakthrough.
