Kris Jenkins Attempting Another Comeback

This season ended the same way it did last season for Kris Jenkins,  a torn ACL.

It was the third time Jenkins had torn it in his career and his fourth major knee injury. Depsite all of this, the 31 year old nose tackle wants to play another down. Whether he will be successful in his attempt remains to be seen, but he is willing to give it a shot.

Jenkins considered retiring this past offseason and it wouldn’t surprise if he decided to hang up his cleats for good.

Though he did have successful surgery yesterday, which is an encouraging sign and a step toward recovery. We wish “Big Jenks” the best and hope he’s back in 2011.
