Sanchez Looks Solid In Jets Loss

Somehow the Jets have managed to play three preseason games and reach the end zone a grand total of zero times. Tonight they moved the ball up and down the field nicely, just were never able to punch it in.

On a more positive note, Mark Sanchez looked very impressive going 11-18 for 123 yards. His only blemish wasn’t even his fault, it was a 32 yard pass that went in and out of the hands of rookie wide receiver Stephen Hill and right into the hands of a Panthers defender.

Hill took full responsibility for the mistake. ” That was just me trying to run before the catch.”

Jets fan should be concerned, but not overly worried. The Jets have two weeks until their season opener against Buffalo, and by then I expect this offense to be on track.
