Rookie cornerback Dee Millner has already frustrated his head coach with his absence from training camp. However, Rex Ryan can now breath a sigh of relief– Millner will report to camp on Monday after he and the Jets agreed to terms on a contract late Sunday night, according to the New York Jets official website.

Millner, who was selected ninth overall from the University of Alabama, signed a fully guaranteed four year deal worth $12.66 million. Millner is the projected starter at cornerback, opposite Antonio Cromartie. However, Rex Ryan told the media on Thursday that he will have to pass both the physical and conditioning tests before he is allowed to practice.

Millner has yet to practice with his new team after he underwent surgery in March to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder.
